Garland daisy
Garland daisies are as healthy as they are beautiful! They are used for holistic and herbal treatments, because the are high in potassium, vitamins and minerals. People take wild daisy tea for coughs, bronchitis, disorders in liver and kidney and inflammation. They also use it as a drying agent (astringent) and as a blood purifier. Some people take homeopathic wild daisy for preventing problems during childbirth, pain, soreness and minor bleeding. The young leaves and stems of garland daisy are eaten as greens or used in soups, stews, hot-pots and stir-fry. Its flower heads are also edible.
