*Use this delicious okra fried, in soups, stews, boiled, and in gumbos. Like all okra, the Clemson Spineless vegetable seeds thrive in warmer climates, but can also be planted effectively up north! Have green pods that grow up to 3 in long. Cream-colored flowers are also edible. An attractive ornamental; good in containers.

*Sowing indoors- Plant 2-3 seeds in one container, and keep them at 80-90 degrees F until germination; thin to the strongest plant by cutting off the rest. When temp reaches a consistent 60 degrees F, plant the seedlings in full sun 12-15" apart in rows 3' apart.
*Sowing outdoors- in warmer climates, sow seeds 3/4" deep and later thin the plants to 12-15" apart.
