This is a collection of cool weather crops that do well in the fall and spring. We believe it is important for everyone to have the ability to grow food for their own family and that's why we put so many seeds into these packs. In the north these seeds need to be planted by mid September and in the south, or coastal regions, October or November. Look at your local regions for planting times. All seeds are heirloom/Non GMO and each variety was picked for its quality, flavor and ability to store. Of course, lettuce doesn't store very long.
