Spaghetti squash has a semi-sweet taste and a distinct nutty flavor that isn’t too strong, that pairs well in sauces and is an excellent pasta alternative. Can be baked or boiled, fork out the flesh, and top the "spaghetti" with your favorite sauce. Short vines. Avg. weight: 3–5 lb. Stores exceptionally well, thanks to its hard yellow rind.
