Open Pollinated. Plant produces excellent yields of 1 to 2 lb creamy white beefsteak tomatoes. They are very sweet, meaty with few seeds, juicy, and flavorful. Perfect in salads and for making sauces. The flesh is so good and deliciously fruity, it reminds one of a mixture of fresh-cut pineapple, melon and guava. It is known for being the largest and tastiest of the white tomato varieties. Low acidity variety. Crack resistant. The tomatoes are protected from the sun by heavy foliage. Indeterminate.
